This page shows the usual route of a Resolution Path Review. Shorter engagements skip some stages; we say so in the proposal.
- First conversation You describe the application type, volume, and the question that will not leave your unit alone. We say whether a full review, mapping session, or case sample fits.
- Proposal and deposit You receive a one-page scope, sample size, fee, and timeline. A 30% deposit holds the dates.
- Sample pack You assemble redacted files, the desk guide, and names of staff who may be interviewed. We confirm the pack is usable before the clock on fieldwork starts.
- Reading and interviews We read files in order, record handoffs, and speak with intake, assessment, and decision staff. Counter observation is scheduled when the file path depends on face-to-face receipt.
- Draft map We return a draft pathway drawing and a short list of contested steps. Your contact corrects what we misread.
- Final report and briefing You receive the written report and a briefing suitable for managers or a board. Recommendations stay tied to the evidence in the sample.
