Fees are quoted for a defined application type and sample. Figures below are starting points in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Travel outside greater Melbourne is quoted separately.

Estimate factors we ask about
- Monthly application volume and how files are stored
- Whether observation of a public counter is required
- Number of units that touch the file before a decision
- Need for a board-ready briefing pack versus a unit-level note
Deposits and payment
A 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due on delivery of the agreed report or session summary. We invoice by email; payment is by bank transfer.
What we do not sell
We do not offer subscriptions, software licences, or “seats.” If your need is ongoing roster support, we can discuss a retainer for quarterly sample checks — still billed as professional time, not a product tier.
