Acceptance
By using this website or engaging Resolver Vertex Base (“we”, “us”) for professional services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
About our services
We provide professional advisory engagements such as resolution path reviews, pathway mapping sessions, and case sample reviews. Descriptions on this site are informational. A signed proposal or letter of engagement sets the binding scope, fee, and timetable for any paid work.
Use of the website
You may browse pages for information about our practice. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false details through forms. We may refuse or terminate access where misuse is suspected.
Intellectual property
Website text, layout, and graphics are owned by Resolver Vertex Base or used under licence. Reports and maps produced for a client belong to that client upon full payment, except that we retain the right to reuse anonymised methods and generic templates. You may not copy site content for commercial republication without written consent.
Proposals and fees
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Deposits confirm bookings. Additional work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate information, redacted files where required, and timely access to staff named in the proposal. Delays in providing sample packs extend timelines accordingly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death, personal injury, or fraud).
We do not provide legal advice on individual application decisions. Our findings are advisory and based on samples and interviews agreed with the client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in other Australian states retain rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagement letters are changed only by written agreement.
